Exploring and clarifying the brief
We typically prepare a series of outline proposals that range from simple sketch design drawings for a house extension or refurbishment, up to full feasibility reports for complex sites and briefs.
Identifying the core project requirements
These studies help to identify and assess the core project requirements and parameters, including costs, planning, sustainability and other regulatory issues. We also advise on the need to appoint other consultants, such as a structural engineer, quantity surveyor, party wall surveyor or services engineer, and how best to appoint a building contractor.
