Planning permission granted for Haig Housing Trust project
We were thrilled and very proud that the London Borough of Merton Planning Committee recently granted permission for our scheme to build 68 residential units at the Haig Housing Trust's estate in Morden.
The proposal is for a mixture of social rent flats and houses for veterans and their families on undeveloped areas of the southern side of the estate.
Our scheme, refined and developed throughout an extensive masterplanning and consultation process, is designed to sensitively fit in to the existing character of the estate, whilst creating high quality, sustainable, contemporary dwellings that will improve the Estate as a whole.
