A mixed-use development in the heart of Kingston comprising of 19 apartments and 10 live /work units arranged above five small offices and a large retail unit at street level.
The live/work and residential units are entered via a raised terrace above the retail unit at first floor level. Discreet car parking is provided within a rear ground floor courtyard accessed through a covered driveway off Cowleaze Road, which separates the retail and office elements of the scheme.
The project was taken from planning through to completion, between 2003 and 2006.
